摘要
《中共中央国务院关于支持福建探索海峡两岸融合发展新路建设两岸融合发展示范区的意见》(以下简称《意见》)是一份凝聚着经验、智慧、情感,并具有很强操作性的文件。闽台历史之渊源,有力证明《意见》是有历史经验支持的明智决策。《意见》提出要“实施闽台历史展示溯源工程”,建议该工程讲好闽台区域社会的历史故事,讲好“两岸一家亲,闽台亲上亲”的道理。闽台两地民间信俗交流活动历史悠久,建议按照《意见》精神,深化闽台民间信俗交流,开展形式多样的民间信俗交流活动,强化妈祖等民间信仰精神纽带作用。《意见》向台湾地区同胞提供了毫无保留的、全方位的发展机遇,建议借鉴中国台湾光复初期闽台两地友爱互助、共渡难关的历史经验,建设好两岸融合发展示范区,两岸同胞共享中华民族伟大复兴机遇。
The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Supporting Fujian in Exploring a New Road for Cross-Strait Integration and Development and Building a Cross-Strait Integration and Development Demonstration Zone(Hereinafter referred to as The Opinions)is a document that embodies experience,wisdom,emotions,and strong operability.The historical origins of Fujian and Taiwan strongly prove that The Opinions is a wise decision supported by historical experience.The Opinions proposes to implement"The Fujian-Taiwan Historical Exhibition and Traceability Project",It is suggested that the project should tell the historical stories of the Fujian-Taiwan region and society,and the principle that People on both sides of the Taiwan Straits are all of one family.Fujian and Taiwan have a long history in folk beliefs and custom exchange activities.It is recommended to deepen folk beliefs and custom exchange in accordance with the spirit of The Opinions,carry out various forms of folk beliefs and custom exchange activities,and strengthen the spiritual bond of Mazu and other folk beliefs.The Opinions provides Taiwan compatriots with unreserved and all-round development opportunities.It is recommended to learn from and leverage the historical experience of friendship,mutual assistance,and jointly overcoming difficulties between Fujian and Taiwan in the early stages of Taiwan's reunification,and to build a demonstration zone for cross-Strait integration and development,so that compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait can share the opportunities of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
