摘要
针对煤矿井下变压器在运行过程中频繁出现故障,不仅增加了供电设备故障率及维修成本费用,而且影响着供电电网安全稳定运行的问题,白洞矿电气队通过技术研究,对井下变压器常见故障类型进行分析,并根据生产现状提出了若干条预防措施。通过实际应用效果来看,采取预防措施后,井下变压器全年故障率由原来的14%降低为2%、维修费用由原来的25.7万元减少为3.24万元,保证了煤矿井下采掘工作面机电设备安全供电,取得了显著应用成效。
For the coal mine underground transformer in the operation process frequent failure,not only increase the failure rate of power supply equipment and maintenance costs,and affects the safe and stable operation of the power supply grid,the Bai Dong mine electrical team through technical research,the common types of underground transformer failure analysis,and according to the current situation of the production of a number of preventive measures put forward,through the application of the effect of the actual view,to take preventive measures of the underground Transformer failure rate for the year from the original 14%to 2%,maintenance costs from the original 257,000 yuan reduced to 32,400 yuan,to ensure the safe supply of electromechanical equipment in the coal mine underground mining face,and achieved significant results.
