摘要
为解决工作面端头煤层依然依靠人工操作完成截割,效率低且劳动强度大的问题,在对采煤机基本结构分析的基础上,完成了采煤机端头记忆截割系统的总体设计,包括机载端头记忆截割系统和顺槽远程端头记忆截割系统两部分,并完成各系统关键硬件的选型,通过工业性试验验证了所设计的端头记忆截割控制系统能够保证采煤机具有良好的跟踪效果。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and high labour intensity of cutting the coal seam at the end of the working face which still relies on manual operation,based on the analysis of the basic structure of the coal mining machine,we have completed the overall design of the end memory cutting system of the coal miner,which includes two parts of the on-board end memory cutting system and the remote end memory cutting system in the downstream channel,and have completed the selection of the key hardware of the systems,and have verified the design of the end memory cutting control system by the industrial test.Through the industrial test,it is verified that the designed end-memory cutting control system ensures good tracking effect of coal mining machine.
