摘要
带式输送机是煤矿输送的重要设备,在带式输送机运行中,托辊对输送带具有重要的支撑作用,其结构性能对于带式输送机的运行具有重要的影响。针对带式输送机托辊的性能,采用有限元仿真的形式对其应力及变形进行模拟分析,并针对应力及变形集中在管体中间位置的现象进行结构优化,增加了腹板结构,对优化后的结构进行分析表明,增加腹板结构对于改善托辊的性能具有较好的效果,可以提高托辊运行的稳定可靠性。
Belt conveyor is an important equipment for coal mine conveying,in the operation of belt conveyor,the rollers have an important supporting role for the conveyor belt,and their structural performance has an important impact on the operation of belt conveyor.For the performance of belt conveyor rollers,finite element simulation is used to simulate and analyse the stress and deformation,and for the phenomenon that the stress and deformation are concentrated in the middle position of the tube body,structural optimization is carried out,and the web structure is increased,and the analysis of the optimized structure shows that the increase of the ancient plate structure has a good effect on the improvement of the roller's performance,and it can improve the stability and reliability of the roller's operation.
