唐代茶器及其组合研究

Study on Tea Utensils and Their Combinations in the Tang Dynasty

摘要 唐代是中国茶文化的发展、繁荣时期,备茶和饮茶的程序被完整地记录下来,可分为采茶、烘焙、碾茶、贮茶、煮茶、品(饮)茶等环节,备茶和饮茶器具也从饮食器皿中分离出来,成为专用茶器。经研究发现,多数茶器在不同的制茶工序中为成组使用或出现,因而,本文主要根据考古出土的实物资料,并结合陆羽《茶经》的记载、唐代涉茶绘画,推测唐代茶器在不同工序中对应的茶器组合。 The Tang Dynasty witnessed the great development and prosperity of Chinese tea culture.The process of preparing and drinking tea was completely recorded,which can be divided into tea picking,baking,grinding,storing,boiling,and tasting.Utensils for tea preparation and drinking were also separated from diet utensils and became special tea utensils.Through research,it is found that most tea vessels were used or appeared in groups in different tea making processes.Therefore,based on the physical materials unearthed in archaeology,the records in the Classic of Tea written by Lu Yu and the paintings of tea vessels in Tang Dynasty,this paper mainly speculates the combinations of tea vessels in different tea making processes in the Tang Dynasty.
