阐述了神东作为国家煤炭供应的“稳定器”和“压舱石”重要企业之一,为保障煤炭生产过程中工业控制系统的安全,神东洗选中心基于罗克韦尔PLC工业控制系统应用的基础上,进行选煤厂PLC国产化改造实践及应用,旨在实现选煤厂工业控制系统自主、安全、可控,提高生产效率和经济效益,优化和改进选煤生产工艺,强化PLC控制技术的分析和研究,助力公司安全生产高质量发展。
This thesis expounds that Shendong is one of the important enterprises of"stabilizer"and"ballast stone"for national coal supply.In order to ensure the safety of industrial control system in coal production process,Shendong Washing Center carries out the practice and application of PLC localization transformation in coal preparation plant based on the application of Rockwell PLC industrial control system.It aims to realize the autonomy,safety and controllability of the industrial control system of the coal preparation plant,improve production efficiency and economic benefits,optimize and improve the coal preparation production process,strengthen the analysis and research of PLC control technology,and help the company to develop safely and high-quality.
