摘要
利用含铬废液制备碱式硫酸铬产品。预处理优化工艺条件为:反应温度40℃、反应时间1~2 h、净化剂用量为废液质量的8.5%,优化条件下Cr_(2)O_(3)收率达98.2%;沉淀法制备氢氧化铬优化工艺条件为:热解温度100℃、热解时间1.5 h、V(净化液)∶V(氨水)=1∶1,优化条件下铬沉淀率99.9%。Cr_(2)O_(3)总收率达97.9%。控制浓硫酸用量,可制备出符合高档皮革质量要求及企业标准要求的产品。
Preferential pretreatment conditions for preparing basic chromium sulfate products from chromium containing waste liquid contain four points were as follows:the reaction temperature of 40 ℃,the reaction time of 1~2 h,the dosage of purifier of 8.5% of the weight of the waste liquid and the yield rate of Cr_2O_(3was) 98.2%.Preferential process conditions for preparing chromium hydroxide by precipitation method also included several elements.The pyrolysis temperature was 100 ℃,the pyrolysis time was 1.5 h,the ratio of purified liquid dosage to the ammonia water volume dosage is 1∶1,and the precipitation rate of chromium is 99.9%.The yield of Cr_2O_(3throughout) the entire process could reach 97.9%.Controlling the dosage of sulfuric acid could prepare products that met the quality requirements of high-end leather and products that met the requirements of enterprise standards.
