摘要
皮肤性病学专业是一门高度依赖皮损直观表现的临床学科,其诊断结果在很大程度上受到皮肤科医生个人掌握的知识、技能的影响,存在一定的误诊率,因此迫切需要更精准、客观及高效的辅助诊断工具来提高诊断水平。近年来,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在皮肤科诊断领域得到了一定的应用并引起了广泛关注。本文简要介绍了AI的定义及分类,重点总结归纳了近年来AI在皮肤病辅助诊断方面的应用,并分析了当前AI面临的挑战和未来发展趋势。
As a clinical discipline highly dependent on visual manifestation,the diagnosis results of skin diseases are largely affected by the subjective consciousness of dermatologists,and there is a certain rate of misdiagnosis.Therefore,more accurate,objective and efficient auxiliary diagnostic tools are urgently needed to improve the diagnostic level of skin diseases.In recent years,the application of artificial intelligence(AI) in the field of skin disease diagnosis has attracted extensive attention.This review briefly introduces the definition and classification of AI,emphatically summarizes the application progress of AI in assisting diagnosis of skin diseases in recent years,and analyzes the current challenges and future development trends.
