摘要
目的比较网络平台联合传统面授教学与单纯全网络教学两种教学模式在检体诊断教学中的教学效果。方法以2020年和2021年在某院学习检体诊断课程的5年制和7年制临床医学专业学生为研究对象,其中2017级65名,2018级76名。2017级学生理论与见习课采用全网络教学模式,2018级学生的理论课采用网络平台教学,见习课采用传统面授教学模式。结果2017级对比2018级检体诊断的理论考核成绩75(81-84.5)vs 72(77.25-83.75)分、临床查体实践技能考核成绩87(90.5-95)vs 90.5(93-95)分、总成绩77.53(81.7-86.33)vs 80.23(85.9-88.63),2018级的临床实践技能考核成绩和总分成绩分均高于2017级,两组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检体诊断学教学中,网络平台教学联合传统面授教学效果优于单纯全网络教学,将不同教学模式的优势相结合,提高教学质量。
Objectives To compare the teaching effect of network platform combined with traditional face-to-face teaching and pure network teaching in physical diagnosis teaching.Methods The 5-year and 7-year clinical medical students(enrolled from 2017 to 2018,hereafter referred to as grade 2017/2018)who were learning the physical diagnosis course in a hospital in 2020 and 2021 were selected as the research objects,including 65 students from grade 2017 and 76 students from grade 2018.Among the 76 students in grade 2018,there were 445-year students and 327-year students.Among the 76 students in grade 2018,there were 445-year students and 327-year students.Students in grade 2017 were taught on the network platform,including theory and practical training.The theoretical class of physical examination diagnosis teaching for grade 2018 students still adopted the network platform teaching,while the traditional teaching mode was adopted for the practical training,where full-time teachers gave lectures and guidance to students in person.Results 2017 grade students compared with 2018 grade students in physical examination results were:theoretical assessment score 75(81-84.5)VS 72(77.25-83.75)points,clinical physical examination practice skills assessment score 87(90.5-95)VS90.5(93-95)Points and total score 77.53(81.7-86.33)VS 80.23(85.9-88.63).The clinical practice skills assessment scores and total scores of the 2018 grade were higher than those of the 2017 grade,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students of grade 2017 and grade 2018 were further divided into the 5-year system and the 7-year system according to the school system,and their theories,skills,and total scores were compared respectively.The results showed that the clinical practice skills assessment scores and total scores of the 2018 grade were higher than those of the 2017 grade,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the teaching of physical examination diagnostics,
