氧化铝智能优化制造总体构架

摘要 氧化铝工业是传统流程工业,开发和应用氧化铝智能优化制造系统对氧化铝生产成本的降低、控制水平的提升和操作环境的改善具有重要意义。本文分析了氧化铝自控现状及存在的问题,结合国家对流程工业智能工厂的要求,建立了氧化铝智能优化制造的总体构架,并对其主要模块功能进行了说明。 The alumina industry is a traditional process industry.The development and application of alumina smart optimization manufacturing system are of great significance to the reduction of alumina production cost,the improvement of control level and operating environment.This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of alumina automatic control,established the overall framework of alumina smart optimization manufacturing based on the national demand for the process industry smart factory,and described the main module functions.
