改良PET/CT头枕和新型头枕的设计与应用

摘要 改良正电子发射断层扫描与X射线断层扫描(PET/CT)常规头枕并设计新型头枕,提升受检者的舒适度和依从性,以减少检查过程中身体移位和图像伪影的发生率。将医院2020年7-9月使用常规头枕进行PET/CT检查的受检者设为对照组,2020年10-12月使用改良头枕进行PET/CT检查的受检者设为观察组,统计分析两组检查图像的上肢移位、头部移位和图像伪影情况。观察组检查图像的上肢移位发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=26.311,P<0.05),两组检查图像头部移位发生率的差异无统计学意义(x^(2)=0.080,P>0.05),观察组检查图像的图像伪影发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=27.252,P<0.05)。PET/CT改良头枕可以提升受检者的舒适度和依从性,减少受检者上肢移位和图像伪影的发生率,可新型头枕的设计提供依据。 To improve conventional headrest for positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT)and to design a new headrest to improve the comfort and compliance of the subjects and reduce the incidence of body displacement and image artifacts during the examination.The subjects who underwent PET/CT examination with conventional headrest from July to September 2020 were set as the control group,and the subjects who underwent PET/CT examination with modified headrest from October to December 2020 were set as the observation group.The upper limb displacement,head displacement and image artifacts of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The incidence of upper limb displacement in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(x2=26.311,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of head displacement between the two groups(x2=0.080,P>0.05),and the incidence of image artifacts in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(x2=27.252,P<0.05).The improved headrest for PET/CT can improve the comfort and compliance of the subjects,and reduce the incidence of upper limb displacement and image artifacts,which can be used to design a new headrest.
