摘要
探讨市场需求条件下建筑设计与房地产开发之间的关系,通过研究市场经济背景下建筑设计与房地产开发的相互影响及其对城市发展的作用,分析了市场需求条件下建筑设计的特点以及房地产开发对建筑设计的需求和影响。研究结果表明,市场经济为建筑设计提供了更多的机会和挑战,同时房地产开发对建筑设计的需求也在不断演变。建筑设计与房地产开发之间的良性互动有助于提高城市的建设质量和居住环境品质,推动城市的可持续发展。
Exploring the relationship between architectural design and real estate development under market demand conditions,by studying the mutual influence of architectural design and real estate development under the background of market economy and their impact on urban development,the characteristics of architectural design under market demand conditions and the demand and impact of real estate development on architectural design were analyzed.The research results indicate that the market economy provides more opportunities and challenges for architectural design,while the demand for architectural design in real estate development is also constantly evolving.The positive interaction between architectural design and real estate development can help improve the quality of urban construction and living environment,and promote sustainable development of the city.
