水性蜡乳液的制备及其应用性能研究

摘要 采用转相乳化法以失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Span-80)、单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)为复配乳化剂对58#石蜡进行乳化,制备了水性蜡乳液,并通过单因素分析探讨了乳化58#蜡的较佳条件为,HLB值9.0,复配乳化剂用量10%,乳化温度65℃。采用粒径分析仪测得蜡乳液的粒径为210.2 nm,蜡乳液粒径呈现单峰分布。通过耐磨性、光泽度及耐水性试验对蜡乳液与水性涂料复配后的涂膜性能进行了测试。结果显示:当蜡乳液添加量从0增加到3%时,涂膜磨耗量由18.1 mg降为14.1 mg,涂膜光泽度从64.3°增加到69.3°,涂膜吸水率由29.1%降到24.9%,较佳的蜡乳液添加量为3%。 An excellent wax emulsion was prepared by using the 58#wax as main material,sorbitan monooleate(Span-80),glyceryl monostearate(GMS)and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(TX-10)as compound emulsifier with phase conversion method.The better process conditions for the emulsifying process was obtained through single factor analysis,and the conditions were HLB value 9.0,the dosage of compound emulsifier 10%,the emulsifying temperature 65℃.The particle size distribution of the wax emulsion was characterized by using particle size analyzer,and the particle size was 210.2 nm.The size distribution was unimodal.The membranes were prepared by mixing the wax emulsion and waterborne coatings.The properties of the membranes were detected by abrasion resistance,gloss and water resistance test.The result showed that with the wax content increased from 0 to 3%,the abrasion loss of the membranes decreased from 18.1 mg to 14.1 mg,the gloss of the membranes increased from 64.3°to 69.3°,the water absorption decreased from 33.1%to 24.9%,and the best addition of wax emulsion was 3%.
