摘要
目的:分析国际护理决策支持系统(NDSS)领域研究现状、热点和趋势,为国内相关领域的研究发展提供参考。方法:检索Webofscience核心合集中关于护理决策支持系统的文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R1可视化图谱软件对相关文献进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入805篇相关文献;国际护理决策支持系统领域研究总体呈上升趋势,美国是发文量高的国家;研究机构以大学为主,发文期刊类别以医学信息学为主;研究热点集中于NDSS的优化开发、NDSS的临床效应以及NDSS的临床管理;未来NDSS研究将朝着多元化、多学科化方向发展,人工智能和实施科学是近年该领域的研究前沿。结论:未来NDSS的发展应以临床实际需求为导向,注重多学交叉融合,以AI等高新技术为抓手,提升决策质量和效率,使其成为临床护士的得力助手。
Objective:To analyze the current research status,hotspots,and trends in the field of international Nursing Decision Support System(NDSS),and to provide a reference for the development of research in related fields in China.Methods:Literature on nursing decision support systems in the Web of Science core collection was searched,and relevant literature was visualized and analyzed using CiteSpace 6.2.R1 visual mapping software.Results:A total of 805 relevant literature were included;international research in the field of Nursing Decision Support Systems(NDSS)is generally on the rise,with the United States being the country with the highest number of publications;research institutions are mainly universities,and the types of journals published are mainly in Medical Informatics;the hotspots of the research are focused on the optimal development of NDSS,the clinical effects of NDSS,and the clinical management of NDSS;the future research on NDSS will be in a diversified and multidisciplinary In the future,NDSS research will develop in the direction of diversification and multidisciplinarity,and artificial intelligence and implementation science are the research frontiers in this field in recent years.Conclusion:The future development of NDSS should be guided by actual clinical needs,focus on multidisciplinary crossfertilization,and use AI and other high technology as a grip to improve the quality and efficiency of decision-making so that it can become a powerful assistant for clinical nurses.
