摘要
目的:梳理并探究互联网医疗在服务实践中的问题,以期对线上医疗事业发展提供参考依据。方法:采用文献分析法对相关问题进行归纳,结合社会网络分析法对问题网络进行中心度分析和可视化解读,在此基础上利用TOPSIS法对问题严重程度进行评价。结果:参考近10年的92篇文献得出互联网医疗服务在诸多方面存在问题,按问题严重程度排名前5依次为政策法规及监督缺失(Ci=1.00)、质量安全和标准问题(Ci=0.85)、患者信任度及接受度低(Ci=0.76)、信息共享障碍(Ci=0.70)、信息安全和隐私保护问题(Ci=0.64)。结论:健全政策法规体系并强化行业监督管理、建立质量标准助推服务提质增效、加快行业宣传和治理、破除信息孤岛实现信息共享、完善信息安全机制强化隐私保护是促进互联网医疗发展的必要举措。
Objective:To sort out and explore the problems of Internet medical in-service practice,with a view to providing a reference basis for the development of online medical careers.Methods:The literature analysis method was used to summarize related problems,and social network analysis(SNA)was combined to analyze the centrality of the problem network and visualize problems,on this basis,the TOPSIS method was adopted to evaluate the severity of problems.Results:Referring to 92 articles in the past decade,the conclusion is that there are many problems in the practice of Internet Medical Services.According to the severity of the problem,the top five problems in the ranking result are the lack of policies,regulations,and supervision(Ci=1.00),quality safety and standard problems(Ci=0.85),low patient trust and acceptance(Ci=0.76),information sharing barriers(Ci=0.70),information security and privacy protection(Ci=0.64).Conclusion:Improving the policies and regulations system and strengthening the industry supervision,establishing quality standards to promote the quality and efficiency of services,accelerating the industry publicity and government,breaking the information island to realize information sharing,and improving the information security mechanism to strengthen privacy protection are the necessary measures for the development of Internet Medical Treatment.
