摘要
以褐铁矿和硫磺为原料,通过碳热还原法制备硫化零价铁(S-ZVI),并将其用于降解甲基橙废水。考察了制备条件对S-ZVI性能的影响,结果表明,在硫磺用量为3%、焙烧温度为1000℃、煤用量为25%、焙烧时间为60 min条件下制备的S-ZVI对甲基橙的降解性能最佳。对最佳条件制备的S-ZVI进行XRD、SEM和EDS分析,结果表明,S-ZVI颗粒呈核壳结构负载于石英表面,粒度主要分布在200~400 nm。研究了反应条件对S-ZVI降解甲基橙的影响,结果表明,增加S-ZVI的用量和降低废水初始pH值,均能提高甲基橙的降解率。在S-ZVI用量为2.5 g/L、废水温度为30℃、初始pH值为7.18、甲基橙浓度为600 mg/L的条件下,反应60 min后S-ZVI对甲基橙的去除容量达194.61 mg/g。机理分析表明,S-ZVI与甲基橙溶液发生氧化还原反应,S-ZVI中的ZVI部分被氧化为磁铁矿,甲基橙分子的偶氮键被破坏,生成磺胺酸。
Sulfidated zero-valent iron(S-ZVI)was prepared with limonite and sulfur by carbothermal reduction method to degrade methyl orange wastewater.The effect of preparation conditions on the properties of S-ZVI was investigated.The results showed that the S-ZVI prepared under the conditions of 3%sulfur,roasting temperature of 1000℃,25%coal,and roasting time of 60 min showed the optimal degradation performance for methyl orange.The S-ZVI prepared under the ideal conditions were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The results showed that S-ZVI particles were loaded on the quartz surface with core-shell structure,and the particle size was mainly distributed in the range of 200-400 nm.The effect of reaction conditions on the degradation of methyl orange by S-ZVI was studied.The results showed that the degradation rate of methyl orange could be improved by increasing the amount of S-ZVI and decreasing the initial pH of wastewater.When the dosage of S-ZVI was 2.5 g/L,the wastewater temperature was 30℃,the initial pH value was 7.18 and the concentration of methyl orange was 600 mg/L,the removal capacity of S-ZVI for methyl orange reached 194.61 mg/g after 60 min reaction.Mechanism analysis shows that a redox reaction of the S-ZVI and methyl orange occurred,part of ZVI in S-ZVI was oxidized to magnetite,while the azo bond of methyl orange was destroyed,and sulfanilic acid was generated.
