摘要
通过分析某污水厂BIOLAK-L工艺在实际运行中存在的问题,针对性地给出了提标改造工艺方案,对原BIOLAK-L工艺的好氧区、沉淀池增设导流墙,封堵洞口,增设推流器,将其改造为AAO工艺,新建高效混凝沉淀池、纤维转盘滤池等深度处理工艺,实现脱氮除磷提标改造的目的。改造后出水各项指标均优于GB18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A标准,生化系统对TN的去除率由40%~58%提高到73%~79%,新建深度处理单元对SS、TP去除率分别为85%~91%、62%~77%,达到了提标改造的目标。
Through analyzing the problems existing in the actual operation of the original BIOLAK-L process in a sewage treatment plant,a pertinent upgrading and reconstruction process scheme was pointed out.The aerobic zone and sedimentation tank of the original process were modified into AAO process by adding diversion wall,plugging hole,adding impeller.Several advanced treatment techniques such as:high-efficiency coagulation sedimentation tank,fiber turntable filter,and so on,were newly built so as to realize the goal of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The effluent water indexes of the modified project were all superior to the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,the removal rates of TN in the biochemical system increased from 40%-58%to 73%-79%,the removal rates of SS and TP in the newly built treatment unit reached 85%-91%and 62%-77%respectively,which achieved the goal of upgrading and reconstruction.
