摘要
目的构建甲状腺癌围手术期健康教育清单,指导临床实施甲状腺癌围手术期健康教育。方法2021年12月-2022年7月经过文献检索和小组讨论形成初稿,把初稿交专家进行函询最终形成甲状腺癌围手术期健康教育清单。结果两轮专家函询回收率为100%。函询专家权威系数Cr为0.9150,两轮函询均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),最终确定甲状腺癌围手术期健康教育清单。结论本研究通过德尔菲专家咨询法形成甲状腺癌围手术期健康教育清单,能为临床健康教育提供科学指导。
Objective To construct a list of perioperative health education for thyroid cancer and guide clinical implementation of perioperative health education for thyroid cancer.Methods From December 2021 to July 2022,literature search and group discussion were conducted to form preliminary draft.The preliminary draft was then sent to experts for consultation and a list of perioperative health education for thyroid cancer was finally formed.Results The recovery rate of two rounds of expert inquiries was 100%.The authority coefficient Cr of the consultation expert was 0.9150,and both rounds of consultation had statistical significance(P<0.05),ultimately determined the list of perioperative health education for thyroid cancer.Conclusions This study developed a list of perioperative health education for thyroid cancer through Delphi expert consultation,which can provide scientific guidance for clinical health education.
