摘要
针对综采工作面末采期间施工组织复杂、工艺繁复、围岩控制困难等诸多问题,以成庄矿4315工作面末采施工为工程背景,在现场调研基础上,结合工程实践经验,提出工作面停采线优化、末采区域预注浆加固措施,后期通过柔性网的替代、优化上网与连绳工艺、撤架通道支护参数优化等多项技术措施,有力保障4315工作面末采期间的安全。
In view of many problems such as complex construction organization,complex process and difficult surrounding rock control during the final mining period of the fully mechanized mining face,taking the final mining construction of the 4315 working face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background,on the basis of field investigation and combined with the engineering practice experience,the optimization of the stoping line of the working face and the pre grouting reinforcement measures in the final mining area were proposed.In the later stage,through the replacement of the flexible net,the optimization of the connecting rope and the online technology,a number of technical measures such as the optimization of the support parameters of the scaffold removal channel were taken to effectively ensure the safety of the 4315 working face during the final mining period.
