摘要
对浙江省重要场所建筑电气供配电系统的设计、调试、运维及事故处理进行调研,分析了实现重要用户供电高可靠性的措施。最后从设计和运维的角度,提出了既有重要场所保电的技术措施,为重要场所的新建项目和运维管理提供了一定的参考。
Through research on the design,debugging,operation,maintenance,and incident management of electrical power supply and distribution systems in key facilities within Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes measures to achieve high reliability in power supply for critical users.Finally,from both design and operational perspectives,technical measures for ensuring uninterrupted power supply at existing critical locations are proposed.These findings offer valuable insights for the construction and operational management of new projects in critical locations.
