摘要
怒江州是我国国家乡村振兴重点帮扶地区。加快培育壮大农民专业合作社、家庭农场、农业企业等新型农业经营主体,是“十四五”时期全面推进乡村振兴的重要任务。本文通过实地调研、部门座谈,阐述了怒江州新型农业经营主体培育发展情况,分析了新型农业经营主体发展面临的问题,并从完善政策支持体系、高质量发展新型农业经营主体、强化利益联结机制、注重高素质人才培养、加大金融支持力度等方面提出了新型农业经营主体培育壮大路径,以期为怒江州经济发展提供参考。
Nujiang Prefecture is a key assistance area for national rural revitalization in China.Accelerating the cultivation and expansion of new agricultural business entities such as farmers'professional cooperatives,family farms,and agricultural enterprises is an important task for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization during the 14th Five Year Plan period.Through on-site research and departmental discussions,this paper elaborated on the cultivation and development of new agricultural business entities in Nujiang Prefecture,analyzed the problems faced by the development of new agricultural business entities,and proposed paths for the cultivation and growth of new agricultural business entities from the aspects of improving policy support systems,developing new agricultural business entities with high quality,strengthening interest linkage mechanisms,emphasizing high-quality talent cultivation and increasing financial support,so as to provide references for the development of economy in Nujiang Prefecture.
