摘要
目的:评价医保档案管理中标准化管理策略对提升其管理质量的价值。方法:随机抽取安徽省阜阳市第五人民医院2019年10月至2021年10月期间280份医保档案,按照管理方式分为对照组(常规管理)及试验组(标准化管理策略),对比管理效果差异。结果:试验组上级领导对档案管理工作满意度显著高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;试验组职业态度与意识、职业知识及技能、职业素养、职业行为习惯四个维度的绩效考核分数显著高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;试验组档案管理质量指标不良率显著低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:将标准化管理策略运用于医保档案管理工作中,既可提高上级领导对档案管理工作的满意度,也可降低医保档案管理不良情况发生率。
Objective:To evaluate the value of standardized management strategies in improving the quality of medical insurance archive management.Methods:280 medical insurance archive from Anhui Fuyang Fifth People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(routine management)and the experimental group(standardized management strategy)according to management methods.The differences in management effectiveness were compared.Results:The satisfaction of superior leaders in the experimental group with archive management work was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The performance evaluation scores of the experimental group in four dimensions:professional attitude and awareness,professional knowledge and skills,professional literacy,and professional behavior habits were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The defect rate of archive management quality indicators in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying standardized management strategies to medical insurance archive management can not only improve the satisfaction of superiors with archive management work,but also reduce the incidence of poor medical insurance archive management.
