摘要
F8型电空制动装置是动力集中动车组拖车及控制车的制动控制核心,其运行状况直接影响着动车组的制动性能和运行安全。文章针对呼和浩特铁路局配属CR200J型动力集中动车采用的F8型电空制动装置多次出现的初制动时无制动作用、制动缸压力偏高等故障,从故障原理、F8主阀卡滞等方面入手深入分析了故障发生原因,并根据F8阀的运用经验,从结构优化、运用检修等方面提出了确保F8型电空制动装置稳定性与安全性的可行性建议。
Type F8 electro-pneumatic braking device is the braking control core of trailer cars and control car of power concentrated EMUs,and its running status directly affects the braking performance and operation safety of EMUs.Aiming at the frequent faults of type F8 electro-pneumatic braking device used in type CR200J power concentrated EMUs allocated to Hohhot Railway Bureau,such as no braking service during initial braking and high pressure of brake cylinder,this paper deeply analyzes the causes from the aspects of fault principle and claming stagnation of F8 main valve etc.According to the application experience of F8 valve,the paper also puts forward feasible suggestions to ensure the stability and safety of type F8 electro-pneumatic braking device in terms of structure optimization,operation and maintenance,etc.
