摘要 基于CAN总线汽车诊断刷写技术,结合电控单元软件工程师的开发和测试需求,文章设计开发了一种界面简洁,操作简单的刷写、诊断测试系统。一方面可以对开发需求文档等交付物进行规范性检查并自动修正低级错误,能够确保交付物的准确性;另一方面在符合基于CAN总线诊断规范要求的情况下,可方便对车辆ECU进行诊断刷写测试,并记录诊断刷写操作全过程日志,满足和符合工程师的实际开发应用条件。目前该系统已经应用于商用车ECU的软件开发测试过程中,并收到了良好的效果,提高了工作效率,降低了研发测试成本。 Based on the can bus automotive diagnostic flash technology,and in conjunction with the development and testing needs of the software engineer of the electronic control unit,the article design developed a simple interface and simple operation flash and diagnostic test system.On the one hand,deliverables such as development documents can be subject to regulatory checks and minor errors can be automatically corrected to ensure the accuracy of the deliverables,and on the other hand,diagnostic flask tests of the vehicle ECU can be easily performed and the full process log of the diagnostic flask operation can be recorded,Meets and meets the engineer's actual development application conditions.The system has been used in the software development and testing of commercial vehicle ECUs and has had good results,improving productivity and reducing research and development testing costs.
