摘要
不锈钢地铁采用枕梁密封腔作为附加气室时,对腔内结构的抗腐蚀性能要求较高。利用热喷涂技术可以在腔内表面喷射沉积一层具有抗腐蚀性能的涂层,从而提高密封腔结构的抗腐蚀性能,以满足应用要求。针对热喷涂涂层采用了有限元仿真计算附加气室工作条件下的表面应力状态,并对涂层进行了盐雾和抗拉试验,验证了涂层性能。
When a stainless steel subway uses a bolster cavity as an additional air chamber,there is a high requirement for the corrosion resistance of the cavity.The use of thermal spraying technology can spray and deposit a layer of anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the cavity,thereby improving the corrosion resistance of the cavity to meet application requirements.Finite element simulation was used to calculate the surface stress of the coating under additional chamber working conditions,and salt spray and tensile tests were conducted on the coating to verify its performance.
