可编程控制器在摩托车装配生产线中的运用

摘要 结合实际需求探讨可编程控制器在摩托车装配生产线的运用。基于原有生产线的不足,广东大冶摩托车技术有限公司采用三菱FX3U系列小型可编程控制器和三菱触摸屏以及三菱变频器的三方通讯在原有基础上设计新的摩托车装配生产线。结论表明:该优化方案可以实现对摩托车装配生产线进行现场及远程监控和操作。实现了摩托车发动机和整车的连续装配,减少了物流环节,生产车型切换灵活、快速,节约了大量的人力物力,有效满足多品种、小批量的生产要求,极大提高了生产效率。 Exploring the application of programmable controllers in motorcycle assembly production lines based on practical needs.Based on the shortcomings of the original production line,Guangdong Daye Motorcycle Technology Co.,Ltd.has designed a new motorcycle assembly production line using Mitsubishi FX3U series small programmable controllers,Mitsubishi touch screens,and Mitsubishi frequency converters through tripartite communication.The conclusion indicates that this optimization scheme can achieve on-site and remote monitoring and operation of motorcycle assembly production lines.The continuous assembly of motorcycle engines and the entire vehicle has been achieved,reducing logistics links,making the switching of production models flexible and fast,saving a lot of manpower and material resources,effectively meeting the production requirements of multiple varieties and small batches,and greatly improving production efficiency.
