摘要
针对高速稀土永磁无刷直流电机的闭环控制方法进行研究[1-5],传统控制方法在宽速度范围下不能达到很好的控制效果,故提出了针对电机转速控制的动态段和稳态段分别进行控制的分段调节方法,提高了高速无刷直流电机速度调节的动态性和调节精度,对高速稀土永磁无刷直流电机的速度控制具有一定参考意义。
This paper studies the closed-loop control method of high-speed permanent magnet brushless DC motor,and the traditional control method cannot achieve good control effect of wide speed control for the dynamic section and steady-state DC motor.In this paper,the segment regulation method is proposed to control the dynamic section and steady state section of the motor speed control respectively,which improves the dynamic property and regulation accuracy of the speed regulation of high speed brushless DC motor,and has certain reference significance for the speed control of high speed rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor.
