摘要
针对DSP2407芯片的中断触发功能,设计出一套用于测试中断是否触发、触发中断结果是否与设置对应的测试方法。通过该方法可以快速测试DSP2407芯片的中断响应功能是否正常,进一步提高芯片筛查的效率。
This paper is designed for the interrupt trigger function of the DSP2407 chip,and a set of test methods for testing whether the interrupt is triggered,and whether the interrupt result is corresponding to the settings.By this method,it is possible to quickly test whether the interrupt response function of the DSP2407 chip is normal and further enhances the efficiency of the chip screening.
