摘要
介绍了无接箍直连型特殊螺纹接头CB-SF-Ⅱ的结构特点,利用有限元模拟方法分析该接头在服役过程中的典型工况。重点研究了接头的连接效率以及在复合载荷工况下的抗内压、抗外挤等性能,并介绍了全尺寸试验结果。结果表明,接头的连接效率达到管体强度的75%以上,接头的抗扭能力远高于同规格的API螺纹接头。
Described here in the paper are the structural characteristics of the CB-SF-II extreme-line premium connection.The FE simulation method is used to analyze the typical working conditions of the service process of the said premiumconnection.Focused on are the connection efficiency,and the internal pressure resistance and collapse resistance of the premium connection under the composite load working conditions.And the full-scale test result is also described.The result shows that the connection’s connection efficiency has been more than 75%of the pipe body strength,and its torque resistance is far higher than that of the API thread connection with the same size.
