GNSS观测数据的数据脱敏算法及质量验证

摘要 为了响应自然资源部和国家保密局对于基准站观测数据的数据保密要求,提出一种基准站数据脱敏方法:应用单基准站虚拟化数据脱敏算法在每个具有保密属性的基准站附近生产对应的虚拟站;然后使用“北斗精准服务网”的1500个基准站进行数据质量测试,得出其中有98.2%其物理站与虚拟站的有效率相等,92.1%其物理站与虚拟站的周跳个数差值小于2个;使用虚拟站数据进行单站实时动态差分法(RTK)载波相位相对定位、网络RTK服务的定位测试,得出虚拟站数据对水平定位影响不显著,对高程定位的影响约有几毫米;使用150个基准站的物理站、虚拟站进行精密单点定位(PPP)测试,得出物理站和虚拟站定位均方根(RMS)差距为东方向0.1 mm(94%)、北方向0.1 mm(97%)、天顶方向0.2 mm(95%)。结果表明,提出的方法可以保证虚拟站与基准站观测数据具有一致的数据质量。 In order to respond to the data confidentiality requirements of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the National Administration of State Secrets Protection for the observation data of the base stations,the paper proposed a data desensitization method of the base stations:the single base station virtual data desensitization algorithm was applied to produce corresponding virtual stations near each base station with security attribute;subsequently,1500 base stations of BDS precise service system(BPSS)were used for data quality test,and it was found that the physical and virtual stations of 98.2%of the base stations could have the same efficiency,and the physical and virtual stations of 92.1%of the base stations could have less than 2 difference in the number of cycle slips;then,virtual station data were used to test the relative carrier phase positioning of single station real-time kinematic(RTK)and the positioning of network RTK service,and it was found that the virtual station data would have no significant effect on horizontal positioning,and the effect on elevation positioning would be about several millimeters;finally,the precision single point positioning(PPP)test was carried out using the physical and virtual stations of 150 base stations of BPSS,and it was found that the root mean square(RMS)difference between the physical and virtual stations could be 0.1 mm(94%)in the east direction,0.1 mm(97%)in the north direction,and 0.2 mm(95%)in the zenith direction.Results showed that by the proposed desensitized method,the data quality of the virtual stations could be consistent with that of the base stations.
