基于EFDC的排污口设置对淮河入海水道水环境影响研究

摘要 为分析淮安明通污水处理厂入河排污口设置对淮河入海水道淮安河段的水环境影响,通过构建EFDC数学模型,预测模拟了污水厂尾水中COD,NH3-N和TP等污染物在河道的迁移扩散情况及对苏嘴断面的水质影响。结果表明,该模型水动力拟合优度良好,水质模拟PBIAS小于20%;苏嘴断面污染物浓度增量与淮河入海水道流量呈负相关关系,发生事故排放后污染物浓度增量比正常排放显著增大;在入海水道二期启用后,丰水期COD扩散后浓度较高的水域面积较枯水期有所减小。此研究可为淮河入海水道水环境管理提供理论指导。 To analyse the impact of the Huai'an Mingtong Wastewater Treatment Plant outfall on the water environment of the Huai'an section of the Huai River into the sea channel,the EFDC mathematical model is constructed to predict the migration and diffusion of COD,NH3-N and TP in the effluent of Mingtong sewage Treatment plant and the influence on the water quality of Suzui section.The results show that the hydrodynamic fitting of the model is good,and the PBIAS of water quality simulation is less than 20%.The increment of pollutant concentration in Suzui section is negatively correlated with the discharge of Huaihe River into the sea,and the increment of pollutant concentration after accident discharge is significantly higher than that of normal discharge.After the opening of second stage of the seawater channel,the area of water area with higher concentration of COD after diffusion in wet season is smaller than that in dry season.The results can provide theoretical guidance for water environment management of the Huai River into the sea channel.
