摘要
胆囊癌发病率和病死率不断上升,目前缺乏疗效确切的化学药物治疗方案,探索新的治疗靶点具有非常重要的现实意义。铁死亡是一种铁依赖性的脂质过氧化物积累所导致的新型程序性细胞死亡形式,近年来它成为研究热点,在肝癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌等肿瘤中的相关生物学机制已经开展了许多研究,而目前关于胆囊癌铁死亡相关研究仍较少,其相关机制需要进一步深入分析,这为探索治疗胆囊癌提供了新的研究方向。
The morbidity and mortality of gallbladder cancer were rising.At present,there was no effective chemotherapy regimen,so it was of great practical significance to explore new therapy target.Ferroptosis is a nonapoptotic form of cell death characterized by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation and metabolic constraints.In recent years,it had become a research hotspot.Many studies had been carried out on the relevant biological mechanisms such as liver cancer,breast cancer,pancreatic cancer,and other cancer.At present,there are still few studies on ferroptosis in gallbladder cancer,and its relevant mechanisms need further in-depth analysis,which opens up a new research direction for exploring the treatment of gallbladder cancer.
