摘要
随着全球气候变暖及世界能源危机的不断加剧,清洁能源的开发和利用也被迅速提上了日程。尤其是太阳能光伏发电,基于其取之不尽用之不竭的优势,成为清洁能源的发展重点之一。近十年来,在国家及地方政府的引导以及企业自身通过技术创新来降本增效的推动下,我国太阳能光伏发电产业进入快速发展阶段,尤其是2020年以来,太阳能光伏产业产能规模和技术水平已达到世界领先水平,全世界85%的光伏产品均来自我国。但是,依然存在很多技术难题需要攻克,提升电池片光电转换效率、降低生产成本是永恒的主题。本文通过应用价值工程对太阳能电池片正面银导电浆料各原辅材料方案进行功能分析和功能评价,确定出相应方案的功能系数和成本系数,参照价值工程公式计算得到相应的价值系数,根据价值系数优选出综合价值比较高的方案,为太阳能电池片正面银导电浆料优选决策提供依据。加强持续提升太阳能光伏企业技术持续创新能力,是提升企业核心竞争力,推动太阳能光伏发电产业高质量、低成本、规模化发展的重要保障,助力于清洁能源体系的构建。
With the global warming and the intensification of the world energy crisis,the development and utilization of clean energy has also been rapidly put on the agenda.In particular,solar photovoltaic power generation,based on its inexhaustible advantages,has become one of the development priorities of clean energy.In the past decade,under the guidance of the national and local governments and the promotion of the enterprises themselves to reduce costs and increase efficiency through technological innovation,China's solar photovoltaic power generation industry has entered a stage of rapid development,especially since 2020,the capacity scale and technical level of the solar photovoltaic industry has reached the world's leading level,and 85%of the world's photovoltaic products are from China.However,there are still many technical problems that need to be overcome.Improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell and reducing the production cost are the eternal theme.In this paper,the function analysis and function evaluation of each raw and auxiliary material scheme of the silver conductive paste on the front of solar cells are carried out by applying value engineering,and the function coefficient and cost coefficient of the corresponding scheme are determined.The corresponding value coefficient is calculated by referring to the value engineering formula,and the scheme with high comprehensive value is selected according to the value coefficient,which provides a basis for the optimization decision of the silver conductive paste on the front of solar cells.Strengthening and continuously improving the technological innovation capability of solar photovoltaic enterprises is an important guarantee for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,promoting the high-quality,low-cost and large-scale development of solar photovoltaic power generation industry,and helping to build a clean energy system.
