摘要
为了筛选出防治小麦茎基腐病效果良好的杀菌药,进行了不同药剂的拌种和叶面喷雾田间药效试验。试验结果表明:在单独拌种试验中,5种药剂均能促进小麦植株的生长发育,有效防治小麦茎基腐病,从而提高小麦的产量,其中以30 g/L苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂的效果最好,27%苯醚·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂的效果次之;在药剂拌种+拔节期叶面喷雾试验中,以30 g/L苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂拌种+20%氰烯菌酯·己唑醇悬浮剂叶面喷雾处理对小麦茎基腐病的防治效果最好,且对小麦的增产效果最佳;30 g/L苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂拌种+43%戊唑醇悬浮剂叶面喷雾处理的防治效果和增产效果均次之。
In order to screen out the bactericidal drugs with good control effect against wheat crown rot,the field efficacy tests for different seed dressing agents and foliar spray were carried out.The results showed that all the five agents could promote the growth and development of wheat plants,effectively control wheat crown rot,and increase the yield of wheat.Among them,30 g/L phenylene methyclozole had the best effect,followed by 27%phenylene·methylofenil·thiamethoxam.The combined control results of seed dressing agents and foliar spray at jointing stage showed that the treatment with 30 g/L phenacetoconazole suspension seed coating agent+20%cyanobiformin and hexazolol suspension foliar spray had the best control effect on wheat crown rot,and the wheat yield was the highest,followed by the treatment with 30 g/L phenacetoconazole suspension seed coating agent+43%pentazolol suspension foliar spray.
