摘要
为探究茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)诱导水稻抗纹枯病的效应,试验配制了0、0.01、0.05、0.10、0.50、1.00、2.00 mmol/L MeJA,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定MeJA对纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的抑制活性;用不同浓度MeJA喷雾处理水稻中嘉早17幼苗12 h后,接种纹枯病菌,保温保湿7 d后调查纹枯病病情指数;设无处理对照、接种纹枯病菌、0.10 mmol/L MeJA喷雾及MeJA喷雾12 h后接种纹枯病4种处理方式,分别测定水稻叶片中POD、CAT、SOD、PAL、PPO等防御酶活性的变化。结果表明:0.01~2.00 mmol/L MeJA对水稻纹枯病菌菌丝生长无明显抑制作用,但MeJA喷雾处理能有效降低水稻幼苗纹枯病病情指数,以0.10 mmol/L MeJA的诱抗效果最明显,达51.56%;接种纹枯病菌与喷施0.10 mmol/L MeJA均能显著提高水稻幼苗叶片中POD、CAT、SOD、PPO和PAL酶活性,而MeJA喷雾处理对POD、CAT、SOD和PAL酶活性的提升效应更明显。综上,MeJA可诱导水稻对纹枯病的抗性,其诱导抗性与激活幼苗中防御酶的酶活性有关。
To investigate the effects of methyl jasmonate(MeJA)on rice resistance to sheath blight,0,0.01,0.05,0.10,0.50,1.00 and 2.00 mmol/L MeJA solution were prepared.Inhibition effects of MeJA on Rhizoctonia solani was determined by mycelial growth rate method.Rice seedlings of Zhongjiazao 17 were sprayed with different concentrations of MeJA solution for 12 h,and then inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani.The disease index of sheath blight was investigated after 7 days under suitable temperature and humidity.Four treatments were set up:control,inoculation of Rhizoctonia solani,0.10 mmol/L MeJA sprayed and inoculation of Rhizoctonia solani 12 h after MeJA sprayed.The activities of related defense enzymes such as peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)and polyphenol oxidase(PPO)were determined.The results showed that 0.01~2.00 mmol/L MeJA had no significant inhibition on the mycelial growth of Rhizoctonia solani,but MeJA spray treatment could effectively reduce the disease index of rice seedling sheath blight disease.MeJA at 0.10 mmol/L had the strongest induced resistance effects,and the induced resistance effects were 51.56%.The activities of POD,CAT,SOD,PPO and PAL in rice seedling were significantly increased by inoculation of Rhizoctonia solani or treated with 0.10 mmol/L MeJA,while the activities of POD,CAT,SOD and PAL were significantly increased by treated with MeJA.In conclusion,MeJA can induce rice resistance against sheath blight,which is related to the activation of defense enzyme activity in rice seedling.
