摘要
目的 探析牙周牙髓联合病变患者行根管治疗时给予不同消毒药物的临床效果。方法 84例牙周牙髓联合病变患者,以数字号(1~84)形式随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。两组均采取根管治疗,对照组行氢氧化钙联合次氯酸钠溶液超声震荡消毒,观察组行盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑超声震荡消毒。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、临床附着丧失(CAL)。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PLI、SBI和CAL比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PLI(2.11±0.40)分、SBI(1.31±0.33)分低于对照组的(2.44±0.43)、(2.91±0.30)分, CAL(3.21±0.29)mm小于对照组的(4.27±0.31)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对实施根管治疗的牙周牙髓联合病变患者予以盐酸米诺环素和替硝唑共同冲洗消毒,能取得较好效果,牙髓组织获得明显改善。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of root canal therapy with different disinfectants in patients with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.Methods A total of 84 patients with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in the form of numbers(1-84),with 42 cases in each group.Both groups received root canal therapy.The control group was disinfected with calcium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite solution,and the observation group was disinfected with minocycline hydrochloride and tinidazole.The therapeutic effect,plaque index(PLI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and clinical attachment loss(CAL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of 78.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PLI,SBI and CAL between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PLI of(2.11±0.40)points and SBI of(1.31±0.33)points in the observation group were lower than those of(2.44±0.43)and(2.91±0.30)points in the control group;CAL of(3.21±0.29)mm in the observation group was lower than that of(4.27±0.31)mm in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of root canal therapy for patients with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions,minocycline hydrochloride and tinidazole can be rinsed and disinfected together,which can achieve better results and improve the pulp tissue.
