摘要
中国农业发展正处于由传统农业向数字农业与智慧农业转型的新阶段,发展智慧农业既是1.2亿hm2农田精细化管理的需求,更是乡村振兴战略实施的新引擎。文章以苏州市为例,通过走访调研,剖析不同领域智慧农业发展的5种典型案例,分析智慧农业生产场景建设发展中遇到的共性问题,从树立务实发展新思维、确立多元投入新机制、加快培养智慧新农人、开创聚力向上新格局等方面提出了促进智慧农业生产场景发展的对策,以突破当前智慧农业生产场景的发展困局,推动尽快形成一批可借鉴、易复制的成果,助力智慧农业工作再上新的台阶。
China's agricultural development is undergoing a new phase of transformation from traditional agriculture to digital and smart agriculture.The development of smart agriculture is not only the demand for refined management of 120 million hm2 of farmland,but also a new engine for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.This article takes Suzhou as an example and analyzes five typical cases of smart agriculture development in different fields through visiting and researching.The article analyzes the common problems encountered in the construction and development of smart agricultural production scene,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of smart agricultural production scene from the aspects of setting up a new thought of pragmatic development,establishing a new mechanism of diversified inputs,accelerating the cultivation of new farmers with wisdom,and creating a new situation of gathering upward to break through the current dilemma in the development of smart agricultural production scene,and promoting the formation of a number of results that can be learned from and easily copied as soon as possible,and boosting the work of smart agriculture to a new level.
