摘要
目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)及血清IgE、降钙素原(PCT)与儿童支原体肺炎(MPP)临床分期的关系。方法选取2017年1月至2021年1月于本院收治的支原体肺炎患儿80例作为研究对象,其中急性期患儿(急性期组)40例,恢复期患儿(恢复期组)40例,另选取同期于本院进行健康体检的健康儿童40名作为对照组,比较3组受试者FeNO、血清IgE、血清降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果急性期组、恢复期组及对照组FeNO水平比较差异无统计学意义;急性期组和恢复期组C-反应蛋白(CPR)及PCT水平高于对照组,且急性期组高于恢复期组(P<0.05);急性期组和恢复期组IgM、IgE水平高于对照组,IgA低于对照组(P<0.05),急性期组IgM、IgE水平高于恢复期组,IgA低于恢复期组(P<0.05)。结论不同临床分期的支原体肺炎患儿FeNO、血清IgE、PCT水平均会出现一定的变化,对疾病、病情的诊断及疗效的监测有一定参考价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),serum IgE,procalcitonin(PCT)and clinical stage of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,40 cases in acute stage(acute phase group)and 40 cases in recovery stage(recovery phase group).Meanwhile,40 children for health examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The FeNO,serum IgE and PCT levels were compared among the three groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in FeNO levels between the acute phase group,the recovery phase group,and the control group.The levels of C-reactive protein(CPR)and PCT in the acute phase group and the recovery phase group were higher than those in the control group,while those in the acute phase group were higher than those in the recovery phase group(P<0.05).The levels of IgM and IgE in the acute phase group and the recovery phase group were higher than those in the control group,while IgA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of IgM and IgE in the acute phase group were higher than those in the recovery phase group,and IgA was lower than those in the recovery phase group(P<0.05).Conclusion FeNO,serum IgE and PCT will have certain changes in different clinical stages of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,which has certain reference value for the diagnosis and the monitoring of curative effect.
