跨越断层的钢制埋地管道响应数值模拟研究

摘要 以西气东输二线工程为背景,基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立了走滑逆断层条件下的管道-土体三维有限元模型,并通过软件模拟,分析了断层位移量、管道内压、管道径厚比和管道埋深等因素对管道应力和应变响应规律的影响。数值模拟结果表明:管道的最大轴向应变点并不在断层面上,而是在断层面的两侧;管道有无内压的破坏模式不同,内压越大,管道越容易遭受破坏;管道的径厚比越小,断层面两侧最大轴向应变点距离断层面的距离越远;浅埋能够减小断层作用下管道的最大轴向应变,在断层位移量较大时,宜选择浅埋。 Taking the second west-east gas pipeline project as the background,based on the ABAQUS finite element software,the pipeline-soil three-dimensional finite element model under the condition of strike-slip reverse fault was established,and the fault displacement,pipeline internal pressure,pipeline diameter and thickness were analyzed through software simulation.The influence of factors such as ratio and pipeline burial depth on the response law of pipeline stress and strain.The numerical simulation results show that the maximum axial strain point of the pipeline is not on the fault plane,but on both sides of the fault plane;the failure modes of the pipeline with or without internal pressure are different.The smaller the diameter-to-thickness ratio,the farther the maximum axial strain points on both sides of the fault plane are from the fault plane;shallow burial can reduce the maximum axial strain of the pipeline under the action of the fault.When the fault displacement is large,shallow burial should be selected.
