基于激光扫描的公路钢梁桥模拟预拼装方法 被引量:1

摘要 钢梁桥在钢结构制造厂完成构件制造后,需在制造厂或架设施工现场进行实体预拼装来测试构件生产精度及整体拼装效果,实体预拼过程费时费力,有必要采用数字化方法模拟实体预拼装过程。三维激光扫描技术在三维建模、逆向工程等领域取得了良好的应用效果,可尝试用于模拟预拼装。采用高精度三维激光扫描仪逐个测站完成钢梁桥节段扫描,基于多测站扫描数据融合获取钢梁桥节段表面完整三维点云,建立节段精细三维模型,基于多节段模型数据模拟实体预拼装过程获取拼接误差,评价节段生产制作精度,为钢梁桥节段修正提供指导。以武汉市某公路钢梁桥为例,验证该技术可行性。研究表明,基于三维激光扫描技术可完成钢梁桥节段的制造精度检测和模拟预拼装,达到实体预拼装同等精度水平,且可显著节省人力物力、缩短工期。 After being manufactured in the steel structure factory,steel girder bridges should be pre⁃assembled to test the production accuracy of components and the overall assembly effect in factory or construction site.However this process takes time and effort,it is necessary to use digital methods to simulate the physical pre⁃assembling process.3D laser scanning technology which achieves good application results in fields such as 3D modeling and reverse engineering can be used in simulated preassembly.Firstly,high⁃precision 3D laser scanners is used to scan steel girder bridge segments one by one at each measurement station.Then multi station point cloud is merged to obtain complete point cloud of steel box girder sections,then detailed 3D model is built.Lastly,the process of entity preassembly using 3D model is simulated to evaluate the accuracy of section production and preassembly error is got,the modification of steel girder bridge is guided.Finally,a highway steel bridge in Wuhan is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the proposed technology.The research shows that 3D laser scanning technology can achieve manufacturing accuracy detection and simulated preassembly of steel girder bridge segments,achieve the same level of accuracy as physical preassembly,and which significantly saves manpower and resources,shortens construction period.
