摘要
目的探讨老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者对互联网移动医疗的使用意愿并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2019年1月-2021年4月南通市第六人民医院收治的708例老年T2DM患者为研究对象,使用一般情况问卷、社会支持评定量表、糖尿病人家庭支持问卷以及老年糖尿病患者对互联网移动医疗使用意愿量表(SWUMIMS-EDP)进行调查。运用线性回归分析老年T2DM患者互联网移动医疗使用意愿的影响因素。结果老年T2DM患者互联网移动医疗使用意愿得分为(39.34±4.62)分。老年T2DM患者社会支持和家庭支持与互联网移动医疗使用意愿呈显著正相关(r=0.522,0.513,P<0.05)。线性回归分析结果表明,年龄70~<75岁(β=-0.354,P=0.015)和≥75岁(β=-0.507,<0.001)、大专及以上文化程度(β=0.439,P<0.001)、使用过手机医疗服务APP(β=0.352,P=0.006)、有智能手机(β=0.574,P=0.012)、社会支持(β=0.443,P=0.005)和家庭支持(β=0.428,P=0.008)为老年T2DM患者互联网移动医疗使用意愿的影响因素。结论老年T2DM患者互联网移动医疗使用意愿处于中等水平;社会支持、家庭支持、高龄、文化程度、使用过手机医疗服务APP以及有智能手机是其使用意愿的影响因素。因此在研发互联网移动医疗时可参考这些因素,提高老年T2DM患者使用意愿。
Objective To investigate the willingness to use Internet mobile medical services in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to enroll 708 cases of elderly T2DM patients in the Nantong Sixth People's Hospital from January 2019 to April 2021.General questionnaire,SSRS,DFSI and SWUMIMS-EDP were used for the investigation.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness to use Internet mobile medical services in elderly T2DM patients.Results The score of willingness to use Internet mobile medical services in elderly T2DM patients was 39.34±4.62.There was a significant positive correlation between social support and family support and willingness to use mobile medical services(r=0.522,0.513,P<0.05).Age at 70~<75 years old(β=-0.354,P=0.015),age at≥75 years old(β=-0.507,P<0.001),college education level or over(β=0.439,P<0.001),having used the mobile medical services App(β=0.352,P=0.006),have a smart phone(β=0.574,P=0.012),social support(β=0.443,P=0.005)and family support(β=0.428,P=0.008)were significant influencing factors of elderly T2DM patients'willingness to use the internet mobile medical services.Conclusion The willingness of elderly T2DM patients to use internet mobile medicine is at a moderate level.Social support,family support,advanced age,education level,using the internet mobile medical and having a smart phone were the influencing factors of their willingness to use.Therefore,the above-mentioned factors can be taken into account in the research and development of internet mobile medical services to improve the willingness of elderly T2DM patients to use.
