摘要
目的探究肿瘤静脉化疗患者之中应用专科化项目管理方案的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月接受治疗的肿瘤静脉化疗患者90例,随机抽取由电脑分组,常规管理措施为方案者为对照组,专科化项目管理为方案者为研究组,每组45例。对最后所得结局数据分析与探究。结果研究组干预后疾病知识评分,高于对照组(P<0.05);对比2组干预前疾病知识评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预后自我效能、自护能力评分,高于对照组(P<0.05);对比2组干预前自我效能、自护能力评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率,低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后生活质量评分,高于对照组(P<0.05);对比2组干预前生活质量评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤静脉化疗患者,接受专科化项目管理方案的干预后,可加强患者对疾病知识掌握,并提升患者自我效能,以及自护能力,减少出现不良反应,进而获得较高的生活质量,临床价值明确。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the specialized project management program in patients with tumor intravenous chemotherapy.Methods A total of 90 patients receiving tumor intravenous chemotherapy from January 2020 to March 2021 were recruited.They were randomly allocated to control group(n=45)and research group(n=45)by computer.Conventional management,and specialized project management program were given to patients of control group and research group,respectively.Outcomes were compared between groups.Results The disease knowledge scores after intervention were significantly higher in the research group than those of control group(P<0.05),which,before the intervention,were comparable(P>0.05).The self-efficacy and self-care ability scores after intervention were significantly higher in the research group than those of control group(P<0.05),which,before the intervention,were comparable(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the research group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life score after intervention were significantly higher in the research group than those of control group(P<0.05),which,before the intervention,were comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of specialized project management program to patients receiving tumor intravenous chemotherapy can strengthen the patient’s knowledge of the disease,improve the self-efficacy and self-care ability,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and obtain a higher quality of life,with a definite clinical significance.
