基于遥感的疫情后工业企业复工复产监测研究

摘要 遥感监测具有客观性、时效性、稳定性和普适性等特征,根据高温目标遥感特征形成机理,以南昌市主要工业园区为研究对象,基于工业企业生产下光学和热红外遥感表征要素的客观提取与定量估算获取不同时段工业企业复工复产信息,并基于气象预报温度进行修正剥离季节因素。研究结果标明,南昌市从2月底全面复工以来,截至4月15日,城市开始“热起来”,全市主要工业园区地表温度大幅上升,重点企业已恢复正常生产活动,监测结果与江西省工信厅发布数据相吻合,证明该方法具有可行性,能够对工业企业复工复产情况进行客观、有效的分析并进行可视化展示,可为相关部门制定助力工业企业复工复产和促进经济发展扶持政策提供良好的数据支撑。 Remote sensing monitoring has the characteristics of objectivity,timeliness,stability and universality.According to the formation mechanism of remote sensing characteristics of high-temperature targets,taking the main industrial parks in Nanchang as the research object,we obtained the rework and reproduction information of industrial enterprises in different periods based on the objective extraction and quantitative estimation of the characterization elements of optical and thermal infrared remote sensing under the production of industrial enterprises,corrected the seasonal factors based on the weather forecast temperature.The research results show that since Nanchang rework at the end of February,as of April 15,the city came to life.The surface temperature in the urban major industrial parks has risen sharply,which means key enterprises have resumed normal production activities.The monitoring results are consistent with the data released by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology,proving the method is feasible.The method can objectively and effectively analyze and visually display the rework and reproduction of industrial enterprises,offering data support for relevant departments to formulate supporting policies to spur industrial enterprises rework,reproduction and economic development.
