摘要
探析应用型本科高校食品工程类专业服务地方经济社会发展存在的高校人才服务地方力度不足、地方承接高校人才平台不多、高校与地方融合程度不深等共性问题,有针对性地提出以新工科建设理念为导向,以突出应用型人才培养为抓手,以协同育人为手段,以“共赢”为根基,以“互融”为抓手,以人才培养“质量”为根本标准,推动人才培养与地方食品产业深度融合发展,通过校政研企协同,政产学研用融合,扩大合作共赢利益点,在提升应用型人才培养质量的同时,更好推动地方食品产业升级,促进地方经济社会高质量发展。
The common problems food engineering majors in applied undergraduate universities face in serving local economic and engaging in social development are analyzed,such as insufficient efforts to serve university talents in local areas,few local platforms to cater to university talents,and the lack of deep integration between universities and local areas.A targeted concept of guidance in the form of new engineering construction is proposed,and focuses on the development of applied talents.We will promote the deep integration and facilitation of talent training and the local food industry through collaborative education,guided by the concept of"win-win",and based on"mutual integration"and the fundamental standard of talent training quality.The joint benefits can be expanded through the cooperation of schools,government,research,and enterprises and the integration of government,industry,academia,research,and application.It is available to promote the highquality development of the local economy and society while simultaneously improving the quality of applied talent training and upgrading the local food industry.
