摘要 在现如今的建筑行业中,住宅楼、商业楼及各类公共建筑等多存在地下室结构作为车库等功能用房,但由于设计要求及使用功能等原因,部分地上建筑位于地下室边线外,该部位地下部分仅为梁、柱结构,无混凝土楼板,导致地下室侧壁与塔楼主体结构边线间地下部分存在空腔部分,且地下结构错综复杂,后期回填困难,采用传统常规素土回填方法无法做到夯实密实,可能会导致室外地面下沉开裂。本研究就此类问题进行地下室空腔回填技术分析,从结构安全性、回填材料选取、经济效益及施工方式方法等方面进行探究,验证该技术的可行性,同时阐述该技术施工过程中的要点,提供施工经验供类似项目参考借鉴。 In today's construction industry,residential buildings,commercial buildings and all kinds of public buildings,there are many basement structure as a garage and other functional housing,but because of the design requirements and use of functions and other reasons,some of the above-ground buildings are located outside the basement boundary,and the underground part of this part is only a beam and column structure without concrete floor slab,which results in the cavity in the underground part between the basement sidewall and the side line of the main structure of the tower,because of the complexity of underground structure and the difficulty of backfilling in the later stage,the conventional backfilling method can not be tamped and compacted,which may lead to outdoor ground subsidence and cracking.In this study,the technology of basement cavity backfill is studied from the aspects of structural safety,selection of backfill material,economic benefit and construction method,and the feasibility of this technology is verified,at the same time,the key points in the construction process of this technology are expounded,and the construction experience is provided for the reference of similar projects.
