摘要
基于乳腺炎的中西医临床病证特点,通过查阅中外文献,对现有乳腺炎动物模型进行归纳总结。通过对乳腺炎的临床诊断标准及症状特点,总结乳腺炎动物模型造模方法,分析现有动物模型的特点及模型与临床症状的吻合度情况,进而提出对乳腺炎动物模型的评价及改进方法。乳腺炎动物模型主要有金黄色葡萄球菌、内毒素诱导感染模型和人浆细胞联合弗氏佐剂接种模型。现有模型是以西医指标为主的病理性模型,不能体现出中医病因及症状表现,因此建立与中西医临床吻合度高的乳腺炎动物模型是研究该病的重要手段。通过与现有的单因素模型相结合,复制出完善可靠的病症结合的乳腺炎动物模型,为乳腺炎疾病研究奠定更多基础。
This paper aims to summarize the animal models of mastitis based on the characteristics of the clinical syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine.Specifically,according to the clinical diagnostic criteria and symptoms of mastitis,we summed up the modeling methods of mastitis,analyzed the characteristics of existing animal models,and similarity between the models and clinical symptoms of the disease,and then proposed the evaluation and improvement methods for the animal model.Staphylococcus aureus,endotoxin,and human plasma cells combined with Freund's adjuvant are commonly used to induce mastitis in animals.The existing models are pathological models which are evaluated with western medicine indicators,and they fail to reflect the TCM etiology and symptoms.Therefore,the establishment of an animal model with clinical symptoms in both TCM and western medicine is particularly important for the study of mastitis.Combined with the existing single-factor model,a reliable mastitis model that matches the clinical syndromes can be established to lay a foundation for further research on mastitis.
