摘要
目前我国城市垃圾产量巨大,以最佳的方式妥善处理城市生活垃圾是更符合环境效益和社会效益的需求。通过垃圾焚烧发电项目存在的问题,以经济学的视角进行分析,对项目的投资风险、收益特点、经济规模等进行研究,提出改进措施,同时探索我国垃圾焚烧发电项目企业化运作的思路。
At present,the output of urban garbage in China is huge,so it is more in line with the needs of environmental and social benefits to properly treat urban domestic garbage in the best way.By analyzing the problems existing in the waste incineration power generation projects from the perspective of economics,this paper studies the investment risk,income characteristics and economic scale of project,proposes improvement measures,and explores the idea of operation of the waste incineration power generation projects by enterprises in China.
