摘要
随着大数据技术在我国工程造价管理中的深入应用,工程造价整体格局发生了较大变化。文章先阐述了大数据分析在工程造价中的应用原理,接着从多个层面分析了大数据技术对工程造价精准性的具体影响,最后从投标报价、施工过程和项目结算三个方面,深入全面地探讨了大数据技术在工程造价精准管理中的具体应用。
With the in-depth application of big data technology in the engineering cost management of China,the overall pattern of project cost has changed greatly.This paper first expounds the application principle of big data analysis in engineering cost,and then analyzes the concrete influence of big data technology on the accuracy of engineering cost from many aspects,and finally discusses the specific application of big data technology in precision management of engineering cost from three aspects:tender quotation,construction process and project settlement.
