摘要
目的:分析中药联合针刺治疗顽固性失眠患者的临床价值。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月西三旗社区卫生服务中心收治的90例顽固性失眠患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予中药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗。比较两组患者睡眠质量和治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能评分及睡眠总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。结论:中药联合针刺治疗顽固性失眠患者效果显著,可改善患者睡眠质量。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in treating patients with intractable insomnia.Methods:Ninety cases of intractable insomnia patients admitted to Xisanqi Community Health Service Center from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group,each with forty-five cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the sleep quality and treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the sleep quality,time to sleep,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,daytime function score and total sleep score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture is effective in treating patients with intractable insomnia and can improve the quality of sleep.
