摘要
藏猪传统养殖系统是西藏地区人民与所处环境长期协同发展中创造并传承至今的一种农业文化遗产,具有独特的藏猪养殖方式和特征,造就了自然和谐统一的藏猪养殖文化,其悠久的历史可以追溯到昌都卡若文化时期。本文通过梳理藏猪养殖史和藏猪传统养殖方式,结合农业文化遗产的概念和基本特征,对藏猪养殖系统的核心要素进行了识别。在此基础上,进一步对藏猪传统养殖系统的生态、经济、技术、文化和景观特征进行阐述分析,旨在为藏猪传统养殖系统的保护传承发展奠定基础,也可以为其开展中国重要农业文化遗产普查认定提供一定的见解和依据。
The traditional farming culture of Tibetan pig is an agricultural cultural heritage created and inherited in the long-term coordinated development of the people and the environment in Tibet.It has unique Tibetan pig raising methods and characteristics,and has created a natural,harmonious and unified Tibetan pig raising culture.Its long history can be traced back to the Changdu Karuo culture period.This article identifies the core elements of the traditional farming system of Tibetan pig by combing the history of Tibetan pig farming and traditional farming mode of Tibetan pig,combined with the concept and basic characteristics of agricultural heritage systems,mainly including Tibetan pig and their farming technology as the core elements.On this basis,the ecological,economic,technological,cultural and landscape characteristics of the traditional farming system of Tibetan pig are further elaborated and analyzed,in order to lay a foundation for the protection,inheritance and development of the traditional farming system of Tibetan pig,and it can also provide insights and basis for the general survey and identification of important agricultural heritage systems of China.
